At Artifax, we strive to ensure that all products are delivered in perfect working condition. Please review our return and refund guidelines carefully.
7-Day Return Window
We offer a 7-day return request period from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received your product, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or refund.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return, the product must:

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

Return Shipping Charges

Customers must ship the product back at their own expense.

Any courier charges incurred by Artifax during the original shipment may be deducted from the refund amount.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your product immediately upon delivery.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@artifax.in with photos or videos of the issue. Our team will evaluate the problem and provide the appropriate resolution.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:

If the return is approved, a refund will be processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping or courier charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account after processing.
Warranty
Artifax products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship.
The warranty does not cover:

Unauthorised repair or servicing
