Warranty Coverage:

All eligible products purchased from Artifax are covered under a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty protects you against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions.

What is Covered:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
• Malfunctions occurring during normal use as outlined in the user manual.

What is NOT Covered:

• Damage due to mishandling, drops, misuse, or accidents.
• Water damage, fire, electrical surges, or unauthorized repairs/modifications.
• Normal wear and tear, including battery degradation over time.
• Consumables and accessories like cables, packaging, etc.

Important Exclusion – No Warranty Provided For:

• Mist Fans
• Artifax Rechargeable Handheld Fan (Model: ART-B-1)

These specific products are not covered under any warranty due to their delicate structure and sensitivity in regular use.

How to Claim Warranty:

1. Email us at care@artifax.in with your order number and a clear description of the issue.
2. Include images or videos to support your claim.
3. Our support team will assess the issue and provide further instructions.

Processing Time:

Approved warranty claims will be processed within 7–10 business days, including repair or replacement at our discretion.
